CranioSacral therapy evaluates and balances the central nervous system, the spine, the cranium and their surrounding membranes through very light, gentle touch. Practitioners learn to find, and then release, any restrictions throughout the cranialsacral system, thereby improving its functioning. Imbalances or dysfunctions in this system can be responsible for sensory, motor and/or neurological disorders. Removing these restrictions allows the cerebrospinal fluids to flow freely and the body’s natural self-healing abilities to improve, increasing resistance to disease and aiding in the recovery from current medical conditions.
