The Chikly method of Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) practiced at High Desert is a precise technique that works with the unique direction, depth, quality and rhythm of each client’s lymphatic flow. The therapist can work on the whole body, or directly on the lymph flow of specific organs, such as the liver, spleen or eyes.

LDT is especially useful for detoxification from such factors as medication or environmental toxins. It also can improve poor digestion and hormonal imbalances.
