Polarity Therapy addresses the health of the entire person through bodywork, diet, exercise and promoting self-awareness. It increases overall health and well-being by balancing the Human Energy Field.

A Polarity Therapist assesses the ways imbalances in the energetic and electromagnetic fields around the body manifest in mental, emotional and physical challenges. During a session, the therapist touches, observes and talks with the client to learn about and evaluate the blockages and fixations that are interfering with improved health. The session’s goal is to release the blockages in order to allow energy to flow smoothly and help balance return. These blockages manifest as many different symptoms, including pain, restricted mobility and diseases, all of which may improve when the energetic field is freer.

The touch ranges from light to firm and the therapist brings attention to the sensations evoked by the touch so the client can increase their sensitivity to their inner energetic patterns and flows.
