Our bodyworkers have an average of 15 years experience, graduated from accredited training programs, are licensed in the state of New Mexico and complete continuing education classes every year.

Massage
People enjoy massage for many reasons: relaxation, relief of stress, and the melting away of muscular knots and spasms, plus the fact that it feels great! In addition, massage helps to promote circulation, increase range of motion, speed injury recovery, and foster feelings of peace and self-connection, all of which improve overall well-being and health.
Acupuncture
In an acupuncture treatment, delicate, sterile needles are used to stimulate points on the body’s energetic pathways (called meridians), helping to bring about greater balance, health, and well-being. Acupuncture is generally painless and deeply relaxing. It can help to treat almost every disease and health challenge known, including allergies, poor digestion, sleep troubles, menstrual problems, back pain, and headaches.
Structural Integration
Rolfing® Structural Integration is a hands-on bodywork therapy for creating greater ease, improving posture, decreasing symptoms of pain and discomfort, and speeding recovery from injuries. Rolfing® Structural Integration addresses the underlying causes of pain by working on the strain patterns that occur throughout the entire body, not just on the symptoms of chronic pain and tension those patterns produce.
