Charlotte Cooke

Charlotte Cooke fell in love with massage while participating in a healing workshop at the Findhorn community in Scotland.  She finished her initial massage therapy program in 1987 in the Bay Area.  Her modalities include Manual Lymph Drainage, Swedish, Prenatal, Reiki, Ortho-Bionomy and Deep Tissue Massage.  She has also studied Geriatric Massage.  Manual Lymph Drainage is especially helpful for post-surgical edema as well as lymphedema  prevention for those who have undergone radiation and /or those who have had lymph nodes removed.  Charlotte is also a Naturopath with a specialty in nutritional counseling.  She trained in German Biological Medicine with Dr. Thomas Rau of the famous Paracelsus Klinik in Switzerland.
