In Soma’s words:
“My work is organically heart-coherence based. The resonant field or “language” of the heart is what interests me most as it relates to healing and awakening. I have witnessed time and again how heart resiliency heals trauma and brings out the best in people. Babies and kiddos always remind me there is nothing to prove or “do”. Their heart is unconstricted by this, and their nature can flow fluidly which is how kids are so resilient. My work supports the harmonious cooperation and order of the heart with all the other systems of the body: the synchronization and coherence between the psychological, physical, and biological in all of us, body, mind, spirit. In this sense my work helps to initiate re-patterning and encode new information and regulation. This is the foundation to all of the modalities I use, including therapeutic massage. I believe in the healing power of our innate intelligence and in an individual’s unique pacing if we are given a chance.
