Kathy Sadowski

In December of 2002, Kathy was working a corporate job with an HR consulting
company but wanted to shift to doing something more deeply fulfilling. She meditated
that night, connecting with her inner guide, who suggested she go to Massage Therapy
School.
Kathy, having never had a massage in her life, took to the internet to learn more about
the profession and find a good school in her area. The next day, she visited the Texas
Massage Institute and signed up for classes.
Kathy received her Massage Therapy License in May of 2004 and has been a
committed bodyworker for over 20 years. She has great gratitude for her job and
genuinely cares about each person she works with and being a facilitator in their
wellness journey. Kathy believes that everyone has an inner knowledge uniquely
special to their mind, body, and soul on how best to optimize their healthiness. She
listens carefully to each person’s feedback: verbally, physically, emotionally, and
energetically, and responds in synch with the best bodywork for the individual at that
moment.
Kathy utilizes a variety of bodywork modalities in her treatments to customize a session
that include deep tissue techniques, relaxing massage, Thai Yoga massage, assisted
stretching, craniosacral therapy, foot reflexology, and energy work.
Kathy especially likes to help clients with focused-area massage work. Examples
include scalp tension reduction, TMJ relief, suboccipital release, improving shoulder
ROM, reducing carpal tunnel adhesions, sciatic release, psoas tension reduction,
reducing calf knots, and helping with plantar fasciitis issues.
In her spare time, Kathy enjoys hiking her dogs each morning, cooking vegan food,
creating art that incorporates galactic and sacred geometry concepts, aromatherapy,
practicing lucid dreaming, and spreading high vibes and happiness!
