His career includes more than 20 years of experience managing a successful bodywork practice in Texas. Theo has dedicated his career to helping people move more freely, feel more balanced, and live without pain. His practice blends Rolfing® Structural Integration, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, and Reflexology into a unique, whole-body approach.
Theo’s work is guided by a deep understanding of the body’s natural ability to heal when given the right support. Whether realigning posture, releasing chronic tension, or restoring flexibility, he tailors every session to the needs of the individual. Clients describe his touch as both precise and deeply restorative, leaving them not only relaxed but truly transformed.
Theo welcomes each person with warmth, skill, and the intention to help the body return to its natural state of ease and balance.
